Minimum sign on requirements:

Must be at least 23 years old.
Must have a valid class “A” Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must have a minimum of two (3) years of experience operating a tractor-trailer.
No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
No preventable accidents resulting in fatalities.
No prior DOT drug/alcohol violations.
No DUI's (including implied consent/impairment) in any vehicle within the past five (5) years.
The driving record does not demonstrate an excessive pattern of moving violations.
A background check must not reveal any drug charges.
No felonies or convictions involving the use of a commercial motor vehicle or other transportation-related felonies.
Note: All other convictions will be subject to review.

Every driver completes a thorough orientation program and training sessions, which include: securement techniques for various commodities, defensive driving techniques, rollover avoidance, CSA, and log training.
